Welcome to Flaunt and Bloom. By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients of Flaunt and Bloom. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Appointments & Bookings
• Appointments can be made in-store, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
• While we aim to run on time, delays may occasionally occur due to service requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

3. Payments
• We do not accept online payments through our website.
• All payments are made in-salon only, at the time of service.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, EFTPOS, or other methods available in-store.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or service complexity.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
• Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.

5. Services & Results
• All services are performed based on professional consultation and client requests.
• Results may vary depending on hair type, skin type, previous treatments, and maintenance.
• We cannot guarantee identical results to reference images.

6. Refunds & Adjustments
• Refunds are not provided for completed services.
• If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a reasonable adjustment where appropriate.
• No adjustments will be made if the client changes their mind after the service.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Expiry dates apply where specified.

8. Personal Belongings
Flaunt and Bloom is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Behaviour & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour toward staff or other clients.

10. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws and is used only for booking, service, and communication purposes.
